Every meal at the Fresh Food Company at Glen Dining is made fresh in small batches in full view. Our culinarians combine fresh ingredients with a dash of creativity, resulting in delicious meals that with healthy, local, and global flavors. In addition to all your favorite menu items.

Glen's True Balance station further accommodates students and guests with food allergies and gluten intolerances. True Balance's menus have been carefully designed to eliminate the top nine most common food allergens: milk, eggs, crustacean shellfish, fin fish, tree nuts, peanuts, soy, wheat, and sesame.

This location serves continental breakfast starting at 10:00 AM on Saturday and Sunday. All stations will begin serving hot food at 11:00 AM.
